There is no light pollution and no air pollution. The autumn foliage is an untamed riot of color. The well water is pure and sweet and the silence delightfully relaxing and restorative.

Enjoy the 4 seasons of Vermont from the deck, or take a few days to travel the back roads of Vermont, returning at night to your home away from home. In the winter, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails are just down the road, or you can snowshoe right here. Downhill skiing at Okemo is only 20 minutes away. The Appalachian Trail and the Long Trail are minutes away. Hike, bike, ski or walk.
